It is important to leave a 6-foot space between your vehicle or carport and the street.

8' of space between the vehicle and the parking lot
It is essential to leave a distance of 8 feet between the vehicle and the parking lot, this allows our workers to provide quality work and safely. If you clear your steps and the front of your garage, don't forget to push the snow through the center of your parking lot.

Free space of 12' in height
Our tractors need 12 feet of space in height to propel the snow. We ask our customers to prune or clear hedges and branches that could interfere with snow removal.

IN ORDER TO HELP OUR OPERATORS
In order to facilitate the snow removal work when we clear behind the vehicles to remove the snowbanks, it is important to leave a minimum of 6 feet between the vehicle and the street.
DON'T LEAVE ANY OBJECTS IN THE PARKING LOT
It is important not to leave any objects in the parking lot, the driver will not move any objects.
IF YOU SHOVEL YOUR STEPS AND FRONT OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR
If you shovel your steps and the front of your garage door, we ask you to do this work before our final cleaning, and drop this snow in the center of the parking lot. Don't pile up the snow too high. Please note that we will return to clear this snow if the final clean-up has already been done.
